Brian Simpson is a native of the area residing in the Surfside Beach area. Brian has expertise in matching the right buyer with the right home. He has experience in both buying and selling of residential property including new home sale, existing homes condos, townhouses and land. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Brian was the National Sales Manager for two FOX affiliate television stations where he was employed for ten years. Brian is also a veteran of the United State Navy serving in Desert Storm on a guided missile destroyer, the USS Macdonough.

Brian and his wife Lisa have a son, Owen and enjoy living the beach life style. Brian is an avid surfer and competes locally. He has competed in amateur and pro competition including the South Carolina Governors Cup, two invitations to the East Coast Championships and one invite to the US Championships in California.
